Siddhesh leads business development at Brewnbeer, owning the conversations that turn early inquiries into long-running client relationships. He runs the front of the studio: qualifying briefs, scoping engagements, and making sure what's promised on day one is something the team can actually ship on day ninety.
He treats BD as a translation problem more than a sales one. Every conversation needs to be heard properly before it can be priced or planned, whether it's a founder describing the product in their head, a marketing lead asking for a website, or a CTO sizing up a build. Siddhesh sits in the middle of that, mapping what clients actually need to what Brewnbeer's design and engineering teams can deliver without overselling either side.
What makes him effective is that he stays close to the work after the contract is signed. He shows up in kick-offs, watches for scope drift before it becomes a problem, and keeps the relationship honest when timelines or trade-offs need to be talked through.
